Towers Shopping Center - Grease Fan

About to remove a well used grease exhaust fan at the Towers shopping center in Roanoke, VA.  This fan has collected about 20 years worth of grease and is probably one of the dirtiest fans you will ever see.  If your kitchen equipment produces grease, Type 1 hoods are required and needed for this very reason!
